"Overall great dealership to work with, Vicki worked out the sale of my Raider with me over the phone, gave me a great price, and had all the paperwork ready for the sale before I even got there, which made the 220 mile drive that much easier on me. Then NC needed paperwork that SC doesn't require when I attempted to register the bike, and she had it on my doorstep 18 hours later. Service after the sale shows a dealerships true colors. "I have not bought a machine yet. I am going to buy one very soon. I'm just doing my research right now trying to decide if I want to go with a side x side or an atv. I live in Rock Hill just minutes from the 2 Rock Hill dealers and I went to both places first here in town. The service at the Yamaha was ok but they didn't want to take the time to answer my questions. I went to the Honda one and I walked around 10 minutes outside and no one even spoke to me. there were a couple of salesmen on cell phones but not any to talk to customers. I went in and I still could not get any help I left and then I saw a friend and he told me about your dealership. I was there maybe 2 minutes and I had all the help I could ask for. I spoke with a young lady and the service manager. They answered all my questions and even let me ride both. I will be buying before October and it will be here. Just wanted you all to know that you have earned my business. I will see you soon. Lewis"

"The easiest thing I have ever bought. I did not even have to go to the dealership. I called and talked to Vicki on the phone told her what I wanted. She had it to my house that afternoon. "I am a farmer and I needed help getting my garden harvested. I went to Team Carolina and everyone there was super nice to me. I could not make up my mind which atv I wanted they were patient with me while I argued with my mom over it. She bought me the red one I wanted and now I just love it. I ride it everyday. I get up before school and go ride and I ride when I get home. I can do my garden work and when I get my chickens I know I will be able to keep up with them. "One of the best experiences ever! All negotiations were made prior to arrival via telephone and nothing was changed when I arrived to sign paperwork. The hardest part for me was waiting the week to get all of the accessories in that I wanted. Pricing was the best that I found in the southeast region.
